Florida!

Well, I'm in Florida! Vern and Christa are down here visiting Vern's sister and they really wanted me to come down so I brought the bus down in Friday. It is so good to be back in my Florida home again! I lived here for 2 months when Brody was born and then 6 weeks last Winter so it feels like home.

This morning the children spent a few hours playing in the 6 inches of dirty water in the bottom of the pool. It's too cool right now to be worth keeping it clean and full.

While the children were all outside Christa and I took advantage of an empty house and made a huge pan of wet burritos for supper.

This morning a bird got into the pool area and the children tried to catch it.

The poor thing was terrified and I can't say as I blame it!

Sunday afternoon we took Alex's remote controlled airplane out and tried to fly it but the battery wasn't charged enough. It did crash a few times though.

Somebody played too hard this morning! This child draws all the time and is very good for his age. I think he's going to be an artist like his mom.

Well, the busy week-end is drawing to a close. Vern's are on their way to Florida, Wes is on his way to Colorado, and Peter and Leah are going to go up to Wisconsin. It has been so much fun to just spend time together. Most of the pictures I got this week-end are of the children so here you go...

They're here!!!

Mike and Anna pulled in around midnight last night. We just finished up a big breakfast with everyone here except Peter and Daddy, who had to work. So, the big happy family is finally together! Some of the guys are leaving now to do some shopping and I'm not sure what the rest of us will do all day.

Yeterday

Yesterday we went over to visit Leah for a little while and dipped pretzels in chocolate and I gave Daniel a bath. He is getting so big!

Starting tomorrow night (when Mike and Anna pull in) we are going to have a big week-end of family time so be prepared for lots of pictures! :)
