A hike!

Yesterday afternoon Lyn, Shelton, Merry, Harmony and I climbed a big hill that is across the road from the orphanage. It takes about an hour to climb and is so pretty when you get up there. You can see a couple towns and lots of mountains.

The big hill or small mountain.

The natives farm part of the way up the hill.

Fundaninos! Click to enlarge. We started out staying in the clinic that is in the bottom of the school and they haven't opened yet and now we are staying in the staff house. It's nice to be closer to the rest of the action.

At the top!

This is San Jose Pinula. The town we walked to last week. You can see the yellow wall that we took our picture in front of on the right side. It's about 2 miles from the orphanage.
