Wes and I and Seth and Lydia Haley drove down to NC Sunday and spent 4 wonderful days with our friends there. We went to pick up Michael, as he flew in from Honduras on Monday. He is going to be here for a week or so and then move to NC.
We got into some nasty snow for the last couple hours. Thankfully it didn't delay us much.
Thanks to Seth and Lydia's mom we did not lack snacks! :)
Monday morning we woke up to a beautiful snow! Not quite what we expected in the south but it created it's own fun.
Tuesday a group of us went ice skating. It was so much fun and we basically had the rink to ourselves!
We got home late last night and it was very good to be home again after driving 11 hours with 5 people in the Jetta! :)
