Honduran Enchiladas!

At my request the Troyer ladies made Honduran Enchiladas for me! They are one of my favorite foods and I hadn't had them in way too long.

Rosie chopped piles of cabbage

Brandon ate Honduran beans like they were candy

 Rhoda fried piles of torillas

and we all enjoyed them immensely!
